I found it one of the easiest dishes that you can cook at home and enjoy it with a cup of coffee. That’s how I do it, I prefer to go with coffee.
Made with spring vegetables and a low amount of oil, this sumptuous pasta recipe can be a perfect delicacy for any season. I added the following vegetables- Capsicum, broccoli, baby corn, carrot, onion. All these vegetable calls for a fresh and lightweight touch and brings an excellent nutritional profile as well. You can also add olives, mushroom in it and make it tempting.
The pasta is a perfect meal whether it’s for lunch or dinner. You can have it with your family and enjoy it. Even if you are alone, pasta is a great food to enjoy your me-time.
